Video-Ident issue

Hello,

I contacted support regarding identity verification for MagentaMobil XL Flex Young . The automated system could not recognize me(3 times) after 3 successful Nect autorisation with different personal documents and I was transferred to an agent. As soon as I said “Entschuldigung, nicht fershtein, ich sprechen Englisch”, the conversation was ended immediately without explanation or redirection (I am not interested in reasons of this situation, can be mistake, coincidence etc.).

I would appreciate identity verification support in English, Ukrainian or Russian.
