tut mir leid, dass die App nicht so richtig möchte. Was bedeutet genau, dass die App abstürzt? Magst du einmal testen, ob eine Deinstallation und anschließende Neuinstallation der MeinMagenta App hilft? Kannst du alternativ ein anderes Gerät für VideoIdent nutzen?

Man kann mit einem Smartphone einfach auf den Link PC klicken, da funktioniert es einwandfrei.
