Wechsel von Family Basic in PlusKarte nicht für for Friends Tarife?

Hallo liebe Community,

 

ich möchte gerne den Family Basic Tarif (monatlich kündbar) meines Sohnes in den neuen „pluskarten“ Tarif ändern. 
Der Hauptvertrag ist ein „MagentaMobil L m Prem Pl-Handy for Friends 5.Gen“. 
Die App und das Kundencenter sagen mir das ein Wechsel online zur Zeit nicht möglich ist. Liegt das an technischen Problemen oder sind  „forFriends“ Kunden ausgenommen?
