Guten Abend,

ich habe vor wenigen Tagen einen Zugangs-Code erhalten.

Leider kann ich die Seite weder vom alten Handy noch vom neuen Handy oder Laptop aufrufen - vom Handy meines Freundes gehts leider auch nicht.
Was kann ich nun tun?
