Alte Homematic Heizthermostate an Home Base 2 anmelden

Hallo zusammen,

in meiner früheren Wohnung hatte ich eine Qivicon Home Base erfolgreich betrieben. Nun möchte ich meine 6 Heizungsthermostate in meiner neuen Wohnung auf die nun vorhandene Home Base 2 anmelden. Alle Versuche, die Thermostate zurückzusetzen und auf neu anzumelden haben nicht funktioniert.

Was muss ich dabei beachten? Wie gehe ich weiter vor?

    um welche Thermostate handelt es sich denn?

    der smarthome Account besteht noch?

    sind sie in der Geräteliste der App?

    bzw. hier geschaut?

    Hast du die alten Geräte denn auch korrekt von der alten Base abgemeldet?
    Dies muss gemacht werden während die Geräte noch an der Base angelernt sind und die Base muss dabei auch laufen.

     

    Wenn du das nicht gemacht hast und die alte Base nicht mehr existiert hast du nen haufen Elektroschrott mit dem du nix mehr anfangen kannst.

     

    ELV kann die dann ggfs noch kostenpflichtig flashen aber das kostet pro Gerät so um die 15€

     

     

    Oder reden wir hier garnicht von Homematic sondern von HomematicIP?
