Hello, when try to go web page 192.168.1.11 in to camera have massage "network abnormal"
B-veiw start and B-view resset can not find camera.
What can i do?

Under certain circumstances, a setting in the router may already help you.
Please set the WLAN to the following test mode WPA/WPA2, because the default value is usually "WPA2 only".
Alternatively, you can set "WPA with AES" in the web interface of the camera.

Hi @Kapitoshka,
yes, for accessing the camera-config-page you don't need an internet-connection. Disabling the dhcp-server in the router is a bad idea. Without it, the camare won't get an ip and you can't configure a fixed ip without accessing the camera-config. Or is the camera already configured with a fixed ip?
I think, the camera needs a reset but for a reset you need to connect it with the BView2Reset-app.

1) I tried to disable and unable dhcp server but have the same result - network abnormal at ....168.1.11 (ip is the same in dhcp on/of mode) I think the camera has fixed ip.
2)BViewReset dont see the camera, cant reset.
No idea what to do, think camera is broken

Hi @Kapitoshka,
yes, maybe its broken but maybe you just need the same settings in your network as the network, the camera was formerly in.
