Gerät einrichten: OSRAM SMART+ Flex 3P Multicolor - nicht im Auswahlmenü

Hallo Zusammen,
im Smarthome Shop findet ihr die OSRAM SMART+ Flex 3P Multicolor. Leider finde ich sie nicht im Menü zur Einrichtung neuer Geräte in der Smarthome App. Ich habe die 3 angezeigten Flex Modelle ausprobiert aber damit hatte ich keinen Erfolg.
Wo liegt der Fehler? Könnt ihr mir bitte helfen?
