Ich habe schon einen Account bei Qivicon, und kann da durch nicht mich für die SmartHome App Pro registrieren.

 

wie soll ich weiter vorgehen?

    Ein Wechsel zu der kostenfreien Variante für Einsteiger der Magenta SmartHome App ist zum Ende eine einer eventuellen Laufzeit eines Magenta SmartHome Premium Dienstes möglich. Ein Datum finden Sie auf Ihrer monatlichen Rechnung.

    vielen Dank für das hinterlegen der Daten, das Zeitfenster für den Rückruf haben wir allerdings ordentlich verrissen, sorry dafür. Ich konnte aufgrund Ihrer Daten aber schon mal ein wenig schauen, und Ihre Home Base scheint online zu sein, so wie es ausschaut. Wenn es recht ist, würde ich mich gegen 18 Uhr kurz bei Ihnen melden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
