Magenta Smarthome Konfiguration

Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem: Meine Smarthome Konfiguration ist immer wieder weg ! und ich muss sie öfter wiederherstellen. Ich nutze ein Speedport Smart 3. Hat jemand eine Vermutung woran das liegen könnte?

      Hallo @alireza.fard,

      das klingt ja fast danach, als wenn der Smart 3 ein Problem hätte. Ist denn sonst noch was bezüglich der Internet-Verbindung auffällig? Sonst würde ich mal den Router auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen und neu einrichten.
