Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein Problem mit den SmartPlug von Osram. Seit ein paar Tagen funktionieren die Geräte nicht mehr.

Die Zentrale wurde bereits neugestartet.

Die Zentrale war bereits 15 Minuten stromlos.

ich habe versucht einen Plug gelöscht und versucht neu anzulernen. Der Plug wird nicht gefunden. Auch ein zurücksetzen des Plug hat nicht geholfen.

Ich bin jetzt etwas ratlos und für jeden Tipp dankbar.
