smarthome Innenkamera basic überträgt kein Bild

Hallo zusammen,

bei der Smarthome Innenkamera basic bekomme ich kein Bild,sobald ich kein WLAN mehr zur Verfügung habe und nur noch über LTE verbunden bin (Telekom-Netz). Ton wird aber übertragen.

Was kann ich tun? Ohne Bild macht die Kamera für mich keinen Sinn.
