Smarthome WLAN LED-Lampe nicht über die Smarthome App nutzbar?

Hallo Forum,

 

ist es richtig, das ich eine Magenta Smarthome WLAN LED-Lampe, nur über die WIX App und nciht über die Telekom Smarthome App steuern kann??

Auch eine Einbindung in Alexa scheint unmöglich??  ( https://www.smarthome.de/geraete/smarthome-wlan-led-lampe-e14-farbig)

      Das Problem hat sich erledigt. Vielen dank für die Hilfe. Das Produkt geht zurück an den Verkäufer, weil kein Interesse und Zeit habe, mich mit einer weiteren App sinnlos zu beschäftigen.
