Temperatur sinkt nicht

Hallo, Thermostat angeschlossen Temperatur auf 21 Grad eingestellt. Temperatursensor zeigt immer 26,8 Grad ohne Veränderung an.

Thermostat nochmals neu angeschlossen, bzw. In der Zuhause App angemeldet. Keine Änderung.
