Hallo,

heute morgen meinen Tarif geändert danach waren Senderliste weg und alle Cloud Aufnahmen gelöscht. Im Chat wurde mir gesagt das ist leider so.

ist das wirklich so?

      Kommt drauf an, was für einen Wechsel du genau gemacht hast. Von der alten Plattform auf die neue "2.0", dann ja.
