Fernbedienung MR401 nach Update verstellt.

Moin, 

bei unserem neuen Media Receiver 401 gab es ein Softwareupdate. Seitdem funktioniert die Fernbedienung nicht mehr richtig. Die Zurück-Taste ist ohne Funktion, Pfeiltaste nach oben wechselt den Sender. Vorher konnte man darüber das Infomenue zur laufenden Sendung bzw. zum Sender aufrufen.

Jegliches Zurücksetzen der FB brachte kein Erfolg. Batterien wurden ebenfalls ersetzt. Was nun? Viele Dank schon mal vorab.

    Zurück- / Exit-Taste Die Zurück-Taste führt nun immer einen Schritt zurück in der Navigation. Die Exit-Taste schließt die Benutzeroberfläche und führt zum Live-TV, wenn gerade ein VOD oder eine Aufnahme abgespielt wird. Die Funktion "Zum letzten Sender" welche vorher auf der "Zurück"-Taste belegt war, funktioniert somit nicht mehr. Diese Funktion kann man z.B. auf eine der Farbtasten legen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
