Hello everyone and I am sorry I am writing this in English, but for such technical difficulties I do not trust my German.

As the title says, I can’t login on my smart tv (Samsung)

I downloaded the new app from the Apple store, I scanned the Qr code, entered my username and password (which are correct) but it won’t allow me to login into Magenta tv.  For reference I am on the Magenta L and Magenta tv Smart. 
Thank you in advance.

(My customer number, last 6 digits of IBAN and telephone number are in my account settings.)

      the newer App "MagentaTV" ist only for peaple with access rights for the  MagentaTV 2.0 Plattform. 

         

      Peaple with curently  access rights for MagentaTV 1.0 platform normally have no access rights for MagentaTV 2.0., and peaple with curently access rights for MagentaTV 2.0 platform have no access rights for MagentaTV 1.0.

         

      MagentaTV 1.0 and MagentaTV 2.0 are different and seperate MagentaTV  platforms.  

         

      Try to login in the older app MagentaTV 1.0.  And then try to play LiveTV in that app. If this is working, then you have now  nothing access rights for MagentaTV 2.0. And then the newer App cannot work  now with your login, because your login has only access rights for MagentaTV 1.0, and not for MagentaTV 2.0.

      hatte sie, wie von mir vermutet, tatsächlich zunächst die falsche App (andere MagentaTV App) verwendet, oder wurden  bei der Eingabe des Login die falschen Daten verwendet?

         

      Falls andere Login-Kombi notwendig war, sollte man bei meiner vorherigen Antwort nämlich dann die Lösungsmarkierung wieder entfernen.
