Hallo,

ich habe ein Austauschgerät erhalten und möchte nun (wie abgesprochen) die Festplatte tauschen.

Leider bin ich zu blöd dazu. Man soll sie vorsichtig anheben und dann vorsichtig rausziehen. Sie bewegt sich aber nicht. Keinen Millimeter. Was mache ich falsch?
