Hallo,
es ist gut möglich (je nach Hersteller des Receivers) das die Festplatte nochmals festgeschraubt ist und sie sich daher nicht entnehmen lässt.
Sehen Sie noch weitere Schrauben die in der nähe der Festplatte sind. Fotos wären sehr Hilfreich in diesem Fall.

Bei dem neuen Receiver war es etwas leichter.

Es musste aber schlimme Gewalt sein. Sanft hat nicht gereicht.
