Magenta TV Stick Fernbedienung

Hallo Zusammen,

 

habe seit Kurzem dem Magenta TV Stick und habe dafür auch den Tarif gewechselt.
An sich eine gute Sache. Was mir allerdings nicht gefällt ist die Tatsache, dass die Fernbedienung 

kein Ziffernfeld hat. Man kann also eigentlich nur Zappen (oder die Sprachsteuerung nutzen).
Wie aber komme ich per Taste von Kanal 60 wieder zu Kanal 1 ohne 59 Mal zu zappen?
Weiterhin it es auch schon passiert, dass ich nach dem Umschalten einen schwarzen Bildschirm hatte und sich überhaupt nichts

mehr tut. Er nach einem Neustart kann man weiter TV schauen. W-Lan ist dort wo der TV Stick läuft hervorragend. 
Und wie schaut es aus mit der Magenta TV Box, kann man die jetzt eigentlich endlich bekommen?

    Die TV-Box und der TV-Player sind seit 1. Dezember, also schon seit einer Woche wieder zu bekommen.

    @koslowski1 nimm halt eine normale Fernbedienung und aktiviere HDMI cec,dann hast ziffern.

    Ich habe nur HDMI ARC Steckplatz. Da habe ich jetzt den Stick angeschlossen. Trotzdem funktioniert die Fernbedienung nicht.
