Magenta TV Stick stream kein Bild aber Ton im Stream

Hallo zusammen ! 

Ich habe folgendes Problem! Starte ich ein Stream bei ARD ,ZDF oder Netflix kommt der Ton aber kein Bild das Menü, Zeit etc ist da! 

Dann hilft nur noch Neustart danach geht es wieder nur muss ich das jeden Tag machen! 🤦‍♂️

      Habe bereits heute ein Austausch Gerät bekommen! Bist jetzt funktioniert alles!
