MagentaTV smart 2.0 Benutzerkonto gesperrt

Hallo,

 

ich habe mich vor 3 Wochen bei MagentaTV angemeldet. Habe keinen Festnetzvertrag mit der Telekom. Nun wollte ich mich in der App anmelden, bekomme aber immer die Meldung:

 

Anmeldung nicht möglich

Das Benutzerkonto wurde vorübergehend gesperrt. Bitte wende dich an den Kundenservice der Telekom.

Ich habe mehrfach versucht telefonisch Hilfe zu bekommen. Wurde dann von der 08003303000 zu der 08005446060 zu der

08003304000 zu der 08003301811 zu der 06762007777 geleitet. Jeder sagte mir, er könne mir nicht helfen. Habe jetzt schon einige Zeit mit diversen Hotline Mitarbeitern verbracht, und anscheinend hat keine Ahnung von diesem Produkt.

Wo kann ich mich melden, dass mein Benutzerkonto entsperrt wird?

      Und was steht da für ein Datum drin?

      Hast du dir mit den Zugangsdaten eine E-Mail Adresse und ein Passwort eingerichtet?

      Mich interessiert auch, ob du dir schon den Zugang eingerichtet hast, wie @

      HappyGilmore fragt. 
      Kannst du dazu was sagen? Du hast MagentaTV bisher noch gar nicht genutzt? 

      Was passiert, wenn du es im Browser versuchst mit deinen Login Daten?

    Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
