Meistens kommt man ja in ein Forum, um Fragen zu klären, die problembehaftet sind. Bei uns fiel immer wieder die Megathek aus. alles andere funktionierte. Die erste Mitarbeiterin im Support gab sehr freundliche einige Tipps. Am nächsten Tag rief sie pünktlich zum angekündigten Termin erneut an und fragte, ob es geklappt hat.  Es hatte zwar nicht geklappt, aber sie schickte dann sofort einen neuen Receiver. Als es dann auch damit nicht klappte, holte sie einen erfahreneren Kollegen ins Boot. Der fand das Problem recht schnell. Es lag nicht an der Telekom sondern an unserem TV-Gerät. Auch er fragte pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin, ob alles geklappt hat. Beide waren wirklich sehr freundlich und motiviert. So sieht guter Service aus.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
