Media Reciever bleibt bei 10% stehen

Nach Umzug am 17.5. will ich den MR anschließen, Typ 401 B, er läuft hoch bis 10%, dann kommt Fehlermeldung F20135. Ich habe alles mehrmals hoch und runter gefahren, leider ohne Erfolg. Was kann ich noch tun?
