One unterbricht dauernd für 2 Sekunden

One unterbricht alle Minuten unregelmäßig für ca. 2-3 Sekunden und zeigt einen schwarzen Bildschirm. Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter, denn es nervt total.

Was könnte die Ursache sein ?
