Hallo,zusammen,

Magenta TV mit Rtl+ Paket Premium. L ogin am TV nicht möglich. Am Handy alles i.O. , Account erstellt, da geht alles! Scannen von QR Code keine Reaktion. APP am TV gelöscht, wieder install., Handy Catch  Browser gelöscht,  bringt alles nichts.

Was kann ich noch tun?

      Versuch mal bei RTL+, wo der QR Code sichtbar ist, auf den Button "Mit MagentaTV anmelden"

       

      Irgendwo ist da auf der Seite dieser Button

       

      Ich hatte das gleiche Problem und damit ging es
