Sender dazu buchen?

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe seid ein paar Tagen das Problem das in der MagentaTV App etliche Sender nicht zur Verfügung stehen. 
Wie auf dem Screenshot zusehen ist, müsste ich die Sender buchen, wobei die Sender alle zu den Grundsendern gehören die immer mit dabei sind. 

Leider hatte ich bei meinen Versuchen an der Hotline das Problem zu lösen nicht die bestens Mitarbeiter. 

der eine wollte mich immer zum Bauherren Service weiterleiten und ein anderer meinte das liegt an meinem Router. 

Das kann meiner Meinung nach beides nicht zu treffen. 

Wir nutzen Geräte von Apple zum anschauen. 
Apple TV / IPad / IPhone 

Auf allen Geräten das gleiche Problem. 

Anfang der Woche ist bei uns Glasfaser angeschlossen worden. 
Damit ist jetzt nach ca. 2 Jahren der Vertrag wirksam geworden den ich damals abgeschlossen habe. 
Es handelt sich um den Tarif MagentaZuhause L - MagentaTV Entertain. 

Ich vermute mal das bei der Umstellung evtl. irgendwas schief gelaufen ist oder das die IOS App momentan nicht richtig funktioniert. 

Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand etwas weiterhelfen.

    Hallo an alle!

    Problem ist gelöst. 
    Ich hab auf allen Geräten die TV gelöscht. 
    TV Anbieter deaktiviert. 
    Alle Geräte neu gestartet. 
    TV App 1.0 installiert und siehe da es läuft. 
    Anscheinend war irgendwo in der Familienfreigabe noch Reste übrig geblieben die gestört haben. 

    Vielen lieben Dank für eure Unterstützung.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
