Hallo,

meine Sky Sender sind gesperrt, obwohl mein Zugang eigentlich wieder frei ist. Über die App und Sky Go läuft alles einwandfrei nur die Sender sind gesperrt,da steht das die Sender nicht gebucht sind .

Woran kann das liegen ?
