First of all, I'll have to write this in English, so apologies for it.

Been using the service for already 3 months, and I think it's great. No buffering, top quality. I even got the Magenta Stick, but there are things that are actually putting me down. I see a lot of bugs that make the service sometimes useless.

I'll break it down by platform:

Magenta TV Stick (So Basically Android TV)

- When watching TV, then going to the Youtube app or Netflix, then pressing again the App button on the remote to go back to live TV, gets very unresponsive. Eventually will load the background audio, but reboot itselft Shortly (The Telekom bootscreen) but with the audio playing in the background.

- Volume control isn't consistent. For TV Service is fine, but for Youtube, Disney among others is a hit and miss. At times it works and shows the volume on Screen, sometimes doesn't show the volume but you can tell it goes up and down, and sometimes does nothing (Most of the times actually)

- Secondary audio settings. I think is pretty stupid and pointless to have Audio and Subtitles settings if the channel by default goes back to German. For Example, Discovery Channel. General settings are Set to English when available, yet every time I have to change it manually. This wouldn't be a problem IF the app would remember my settings, but it does. If I change to another channel and go back, it's German again.

- Why do we have a Subtitles setting, if NOT available. Not sure why, but Zattoo, Sky, and others are able to stream the subtitles. What's the limitation for Magenta? Is it the same for Fixed service?

- Parental control: I get that many people have kids at home, and that's fine, but I live alone, and having to enter the PIN everytime is just plain annoying. Why don't you allow to override it altogether? At the end of the day I'd be the one taking responsability if minors are watching inapropiate content. (Not my case, like I said I live alone)

FireTV:

- App is really bad optimised. Slow, crashing most of the time or freezing my FTV 4K.

- Channel list isn't consistent. I'm using my Favorite list and CNN for example would load as channel 128, sometimes channel 99.

- No zapping available. This makes it extremely slow, since I have to go and wait for each channel to load, as opposite as the MagentaStick.

- Some channels just won't work. Deluxe Music, and most of the paid channels are useless. Plays for 3 or 5 seconds, then the Magenta Background, then play again, and is the same. If I try to change the channel it either becomes unresponsive and I have to kill the app or it just freezes the device and I have to perform a manual reboot (Unplug the power cable)

iOS

- It randomly logs me out when watching TV using Airplay

- Refuses to play some channels. It just reboot itself (The app)

So far this is what I've gather.
