Warum empfängt der MR601SAT nach einem Wechsel auf Magenta TV 2.0 keine Sat-Programme mehr?

Der Receiver MR601SAT hat eine top Sat-Empfangsqualität.

Trotzdem ist nach einem zwangsweise Wechsel (bei beauftragter Bandbreiten-Erhöhung auf 500MBit/s) auf Magenta TV 2.0  kein Sat-Programm mehr lokal empfangbar!

Bei einem Tarifwechsel zurück auf 250 MBit/s ist wohl ein Wechsel auf die alte IP-TV-Plattform nicht mehr möglich.

Ist somit ein gleichzeitiger/paralleler Empfang von IP-TV-Programmen und Sat-Programmen nicht mehr möglich?
