kann keine email aus der mailapp senden

Hallo,

kann seit 2 Tagen von meinem ipadair keine email versenden. Eingang funktioniert. Habe die telekommailapp schon mehrfach gelöscht und wieder neu aufgespielt (keine Änderung). Auch im chat mit Telekommitarbeitern konnte mir nicht geholfen werden (warum auch

immer). Ich wurde zum Schluß an einen Telekomladen verwiesen (Jetzt bei Corona!?)? Was ich auch nicht verstehe, weshalb man sich

nicht mehr (wie vor der neuen app) direkt im email-center einloggen kann trotz app. Dort gab es nie Probleme. Ich hoffe mir kann

jemand helfen.

    Bitte entschuldigen Sie die späte Antwort hier. Dieses Thema wurde auch schon in dem Beitrag"Seit gestern können über das iPad keine E-Mails mehr gesendet werden." diskutiert. Das Problem ist bekannt und wird mit einem Update behoben. Einen Termin kann ich aber nicht nennen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
