New customer coming form abroad needs help signing up for internet

Hello,

 

I recently moved to Germany (Halle) from abroad, I rented an apartment and I would like to sign up for internet. I can’t place an order online without a German phone number as the system won’t let me. Is it possible to sign up without having a German phone number? I have also applied to open a German bank account but still waiting for some documents in order to complete the activation process. Is it possible to initially sign up without a German bank account?     We need to talk by phone for the details but according to your question so far:

    For the process, it isn't necessary to have a German phone number right now if we do all details by phone. Online at your self-ordering process it is necessary.

    For the second part, we need to have a German bank account. Otherwise the process doesn't work anyway.

     

    So, when do you think that you have made the activation process of your German bank account?

    According to the expiring data with your MagentaZuhause Schnellstart, I topped it again with data for you.

     

    The migration process still needs time. The expected date of migration is 6th November 2023, but this can change again.

    Sometimes the process is finished much earlier, sometimes it takes more time.

     

    I'll write you again if there is new information.

    I’m out of data! There were not 50GB in my Magenta Zuhause Quickstart after the unlimited data expired, but only around 12 GB that just finished! I don’t have data right now and this will seriously affect my productivity in work!

    Guys please do something about my internet connection. I’m in urgent need to have a stable internet line/connection! It’s not at all convenient for me to keep using packages of some GBs and having in my mind all the time the available GBs left!
    Please provide me with a solution as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your message. I am already in contact with one of your colleagues in order to proceed with a contract about landline internet connection. 

    I am waiting for him to call me and discuss about the details in order to finish with this. However, if you can also help me with the process that would be ok for me.
