Contract Cancellation for Internet Service - Poor Customer Service and Missed Technician Appointments

Dear Telekom Customer Service,
I am writing this letter to formally request the cancellation of my internet service contract with Telekom due to the extremely poor customer service. I have experienced and the repeated failure of your technicians to show up for scheduled appointments. I made the contract with telekom store in Julich in June 2023 and was waiting for technician to come and start the internet.
One of the primary reasons for my decision to terminate the contract is the repeated failure of your technicians to fulfill their scheduled appointments. I scheduled a technician visit three times to my address to set up the internet. Despite taking time off work and making the necessary arrangements, the technician failed to show up, leaving me frustrated.
I contacted telekom store in Julich where I made the contract. They told me if the technician failed to show up, then the contract is automatically canceled and asked me to write letter to your main office. I tried to contact main office/customer service by mail/phone. No solution. Kindly help me in resolving the situation

Since the contract has been concluded in a shop, it cannot be revoked or canceled.
To clarify the matter, you should go to the shop again if you have promised the cancellation there.
Of course, you can also wait for a Teamie in the hope that he can do something for you.
Have patience, the Teamies regularly look at the threads.
