[English] Request for Contract Cancellation Due to Service Unavailability at New Address

Dear Customer Care Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to inform you that I will be moving to a new house on April 24th. Unfortunately, when I attempted to enter my new address on the relocation form, I discovered that Telekom services are not available at my new location.
My existing contract was set to end this month. However, despite informing your representative that I would be moving to a newly built house and was unsure if Telekom internet would be available, my contract was extended. This has resulted in a problem, as the contract would have been automatically cancelled at the end of its term.
The representative assured me that I could cancel the contract if Telekom services w ere not available at my new address. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in cancelling my contract due to the unavailability of services at my new location.
Please let me know what details you require from me to proceed with the cancellation.

thank you for the nice call.
I just looked up additional info for you.
If we can't deliver the same speed from your contract on the new address you're moving to, then the termination of the contract is possible within a month. So you'd only have to pay it for an additional month, starting the day we book the cancellation.
In order to cancel your contract, we'll need some document from you that you are actually moving to that new address. For example a registration certificate from the town-hall. You can send us the necessary documents via contact form.
I was able to withdraw from the contract's latest change. So the TV part will be gone by tomorrow. The device you already got should be sent back to us, otherwise you will be charged for it monthly due to the device's rent.

Thank you for your call and assistance with this matter. On Monday, I will visit the town hall to obtain the necessary documents and upload them to the form you provided.
I will also return the TV unit as soon as possible.
