URGENT - No appointment received even after 1 month since the order is placed

Hi,
I need urgent support with my order.
I have placed order for MagentaZuhause M via online and my order no is xxxxxx-PSM-xxxxxx.
I see the status as building has connection only.
I have tried to reach customercare several times over last 2 weeks and they keep saying you will receive email with appointment dates.
But unfortunately I have not received any email so far.
As it is already a month and nothing happened with my order, I need ASAP appointment and connection enabled.
As I already moved to my new apartment and staying without internet for weeks already, I have a lot of trouble in doing work from home and it is affecting my job as well.
I kindly request an urgent support on my order immediately.
As I can only speak English, you can please support me here.

Good evening!
Have you booked through Telekom directly? The order number does not look like the format usually used by Telekom. Have you received a "Eingangsbestätigung" or "Auftragsbestätigung" by Telekom?
What exactly do you mean by "building only has connection"?

Yes, I booked it from Telekom site directly.
I recieved email with Bestätigung Ihrer Glasfaser-Bestellung and letter with Auftragsnummer detail.
In my 1st email, i have linl to check the status of the order and there i find it like below

I need an appointment and an activated connection as soon as possible.
It's very difficult to get a date telled by Telekom if only the building is connected.
Are there any new cables running through the staircase if it is an older building?
In your appartment maybe there is already an fiber-box with a number on it?
If nothing is available it may take from some days to some monthts to activate your fiber-connection. 😫
There ist a fiber-connection available in the basement. From there the fiber has to be brought to your (and other) appartments.
Maybe there is a phone-connector ( TAE ) in your appartment? Telekom should be able to activate this for an temporary period until fiber-connection is established.

thank you for your message.
I absolutely understand that you would like to be switched immediately.
The fact is that the fiber optic order also activates the expansion (if not already in place). If the fiber optic network is already in the house, that's great. Then appointments are made with the owners for an inspection and finally with you to install the fiber optic socket.
If the copper technology is still available on site, we can offer a transitional product.
However, you can trust the current status of the fiber optic portal.
