Router not received even after 15 days since placing order

I had placed landline order on 7th April.
Technician appointment is scheduled for 6th May., but I have not received router even after 15 days.
How long does it take for delivery?

Yes, he means 2 to 3 days prior to the appointment with the technician.

Guten tag,
I would like to confirm that I have received the router from Telekom. It took almost 19 days since placing the order. I am glad that it has been delivered well in time considering technician appointment on 6th May.
