Order confirmation email not received

Hello Telekom,
I applied for an Internet/landline contract on 18 Spet 2025. Since that day I didn't receive new information about it. I still didnt receive any order confirmation or contract details. When ordering I choose 02 October as the date for Telekom Technician Visit to my home for the connection. I tried tracking the order status via Megenta app, but it is always showing as "We are currently processing the order".
As I also ordered router with my connection, I don't when the router is going to arrive. So please kindly look after this issue.

Hey @yaswanth,
normally, the router connect itself automatically once the line was activated.
Setting up the router sadly is not a free service.

I had my Technician appointment today. But sadly, I don't have internet now. The technician was here by 12:30ish today. But after he did some changes in wiring, now I don't have internet at all. I get (-e1) error in my router now.
The technician said I should connect after 30 mins, from then on, it is not working.
At least i had internet until now, but after his visit I don't have internet Now I am not sure Why I am paying for a Internet when I actually don't have connection yet?
Can you please assist me on this quickly.
