Order confirmation email not received

Hello Telekom,
I applied for an Internet/landline contract on 27.05.2022. Since that day I didn't receive new information about it: I don't when the router is going to arrive and when the technician can configure the connection.
I try to track the order, but my contract number only have 9 number instead of 10. So, I need help with this problem. I work from home so this is really a hard situation for me.
