Order confirmation not received

Hello,

 

I've ordered landline internet in 06.12 and havent received the confirmation email or had any installation done.  All the attempted contacs failed so far. 

 

Is there hope for having internet at home? Its not like we are in a pandemy and have to work for home or anything.
