I need help fixing my router. It has power but it read offline. I have tried everything for about a day and a half. I haven’t been about to talk to anyone that speaks English. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. I am getting nowhere trying myself. Thank you

Hi Luis,
Which router model do you have? Did it work before, if so: did you change anything before it went offline?
Is your internet contract with Deutsche Telekom, which one exactly do you have (MagentaZuhause S, M, L, XL)?

I have a speedport 742 typ a. Nothing has changed. I got back from work yesterday and nothing work.
SpeedPort 724 Typ A, I suppose. I guess you have already tried to restart the router, right? If not: Just pull the power cord and leave it without power for 20 minutes. Then power it back on.
If that does not help, you might try a factory reset. This web page > Werksreset Speedport W 724V |Telekom Hilfe describes how to do that. Translate it with Google Translate or DeepL if necessary.
