Apple Watch ist „verbunden“ aber nicht „online“

Ich habe die eSIM (Telekom) richtig verknüpft, eine Bestätigung erhalten und die Uhr zeigt auch an, dass sie „verbunden“ ist. Trotzdem kann ich keine Mail laden, nicht telefonieren oder sonst etwas machen (es ist so, als wäre sie offline). Irgendwelche Ideen ?
