Rufnummernmitnahme: Firma -> Privat

Hallo Telekom Team,

ich hab einen Mobilfunkvertrag (privat) bei euch bestellt.

Aktuell hängt es daran, dass meine Rufnummer nicht aus einem zum 15.12.2017 gekündigten Vodafone-Business-Vertrag nicht portiert werden kann.

Vodafone hat die Portierung freigegeben, allerdings schlägt die Portierung fehl.

Ich habe schon mehrfach mit 0800 5726252 und 0800 3302202 telefoniert, allerdings ohne Erfolg.

Gibt es wirklich keine Lösung für diesen Vorgang?
