The worst company for foreigns!!

One month ago i went a shop of Telekom company to ask about internet. The worker guided me wrong and made me buy simcard and apply for Dsl in home. Then the long disturbing story began. Firstly the router come and was damaged. Then waited new roueter for 3 days. After it came, they said no connection in your area and we made appointment for the tecnical service and they said they called me but didnt have any call. So new appointment. And it didnt solve and they didnt come ever. I went for terminate the contract because i gonna move on another country. And They asked me to bring a document. And said the wrong place. So passed full of my day for this document. And in the end we realized i cannot have this document because i am already not registrated the city. And still no solution , passed more than 10 hours in shop and no result. Didnt use internet even for 1 time and for 1 month no solution. Such a ridiculous.
