No solution and no integration At ALL. IF YOU ARE FOREIGN NEVER USE THE COMPANY!!

For more than 3 months i am trying to find solution the problem. I got ENOUGH OFF having mails from the company. All different mails ,some deutch some english.. i alrwady terminate my contrat today i have new bill?!!!!!! First 2 month was free of bill for me because of young tariff and this 2 month i didnt even use one time of internet because of the tecnical service big problems and internal&external communication . Then alotttt of wasting of time at shop without solutions , wrong informations, leading in wrong ways. And when i gave my router back the shop didnt do the work in the day!!! So i am the one who is responsible???? Now they say me i need to pay and nooo reallly someone who really checks well.  I changed my country 1 month ago and still mailing mailing mailing??? Should i pay the bill that was free for first 2 months??? And which i didnt use once???? Which alot of lost of my time????????? Really enough!! The day which i really stop allllll my communication with the company the happiest day! Really need someone who will check everything and finish the problem , REALLLLLLLLLLY ENOUGH.

    I don't understand your second complaint.

     

    Help was offered by the Telekom staff - and no answer was given until today.

    Without completed profile the Telekom staff cannot help.
