Took New DSL MagentaHaus Connection. It Drops frequently and is Unreliable for Office or Private work and Calls

I took a new DSL connection and technician told me that you may face problems with frequent drops. If the technician already knew about the problem, not sure why he didnt solve it that time. Now I am trying to reach customer care but cant choose the correct options to reach and cant find any email id too. Can some one guide on how to reach the customer care so they could resolve the issue sooner.
Not sure what information is needed to be shared and if you can guide me on that too I can provide it

You could call 08003301000 – if you are lucky, you end up with an agent who speaks English.
Another option is the Kundencenter self-service portal (German language only, sry). There, you can initiate a line check > https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung and report an incident if the check fails.
