Hello,

 

Early last week, I received a package from Telekom with a Speedport Smart modem which I did not place an order for. I tried reaching out to Telekom team but did not have any success in reaching the right people to clarify it. Today morning I received an invoice for services in June with a payable amount of €7.40. I have not signed nor consented to sign this contract or any contract with Telekom. Upon looking in my customer center I also see that no contract is active under my name. I request you to:

 

1. Cancel any contract active under my name as I have never provided any consent for an active contract with Telekom

2. Arrange a return of the Speedport Smart device that was sent to me when I placed no such order with Telekom.

 

I have attached the invoice received this morning for your reference.
