Double billing and deducted money from account.

I moved to new location in the month of October. I received bill for my new address. But last month on December 14th telekom generated a new bill for my old address and deducted money from my account. I see there are two different customer numbers in two invoices for different locations. I transferred my connection from old to new. I would like to request to have a look into it on an urgent basis. 

This is not expected.

    thank you for the pleasant call. I have made all the agreed upon refunds. The money will be transferred to your bank account.

     

    The return labels for the Speedport Smart 3 and one for the Smart 4 Plus are on their way.
