Double contracts instead of upgrade

I have a contract for more than a year and half and got an upgrade offer, when i applied for it i found there are 2 active plans in my account and will be double billed.

This happened because the old contract has the main building number (19)

And the new contract i entered the correct number (19B)

It is treated as 2 different addresses and when the technician came me and him didn't know then, he disconnected the old connection and did new one, as it is a new place from his perspective. 

Now i will be double paid, the old contract still have 6 month and don't have connection.

I need to terminate one of them and don't care about the offer if it is easier to terminate the new contract and switch the connection back
