Billed 2 contracts after moving to MagentaZuHous XXL Glasfaser

Dear Mrs. MR ,
I reported last time about the error of your service to give me 2 invoices, like I have 2 contract internet .
You offer me the new upgrade to  Magenta Heimat XXL. with only  customer number is now xxxxxxxxxx
Could you please back my money to my bank account because you clarified that you fixed the error and mistake from the telekom provider and to back my money but again in that month you billed plus .
On the attached email again the billing of telekom taking money with sepa with 2 contracts !
 
I try to speak with your customer service via shop , whatsapp , mobile telephone and email and nothing is fixed .
If I  will not have the fix issue to back my money taken from my account  and continue to steal my money each month without back it , I will report it to dedicated authorities to protect citizens living in Germany .
