Cancel internet contract with no landline number

Hi!
I need to cancel my internet contract because of moving abroad. I saw the links to the cancellation form but they all ask for the landline number which I don’t have.
Could you please help with how to cancel this contract without the landline number?

A termination of the DSL or another contract can of course be sent to Telekom by post.
The letter should be addressed to Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Customer Service Department, 53171 Bonn.
Eine Kündigung des DSL- oder eines anderen Vertrags kann natürlich per Post an die Telekom gesandt werden.
Der Brief sollte an die Telekom Deutschland GmbH, Abteilung Kunden-Service, 53171 Bonn adressiert werden.

I saw the links to the cancellation form but they all ask for the landline number which I don’t have.
Every Telekom fixed network internet contract includes a landline number (in fact there are even three or more numbers included).
You will find these in the "Auftragsbestätigung" that you received at the beginning of the contract.
If you cannot retrieve that then I guess that you cannot use the online cancellation form, that you then need to follow a different cancellation path: letter, phone, shop, or even here in the forum - however that requires filling the forum profile, the relevant link you will find in my footer. Do note that it might take up to few days until a forum Teamie will reach for you, and for authentication purposes you will need to have ready the last 6 digits of your bank IBAN.

Hi!
Thank you very much for the information, it is really helpful.
I have filled in my information in the link you provided me, I hope that’s completed correctly.
I’m still waiting for the Abmeldung document to be sent to my new address. I will reply to this thread when I get the document so we can proceed with the cancellation on the forum.
