You have a contract without a landline phone number?
Look on your bill, there you can find your landline phone number.

Hi once again
I sent the request to cancel my internet contract and it was accepted but now it says its going to be sent on writen form with the date of contract cancelation. Is it going to be sent to my email adress or to my former street adress on Germany. The thing is Im no longer living in Germany.

I left Germany on the 30th of april 2024. My "Meldebestätigung" only arrived about a week ago. I was still on the 24 month period. Without the confirmation serving has proof i couldn't cancel my contract.

@IvoLoureiro with the added Meldebestätigung you should be able to cancel the contract in a shorter timeframe.

Thank you kindly for your help. They sent me by email everything i need and my contract is going to be cancelled in a shorter time frame. All i need to do now is send the router and the glassfaser box.
